Marlborough Gallery’s exhibition Free Money and Other Fairytales is comprised of approximately twenty new bronze works from the artist Tom Otterness. The artist’s second solo exhibition with the gallery since joining in 1996 will feature works that explore themes of fairytales and myths. Otterness has created over ten monumental bronzes inspired by magical stories, including Gulliver, Frog Prince, Gipetto, and Tin Soldier and Ballerina. The rest of the works investigate the “free money” element of the exhibition; works display iconographies of wealth.

The fully illustrated catalogue features forty-eight color plates and an essay from the curator Eugenie Tsai.
